Oversees all construction projects from start to finish. With a hands-on approach, he manages day-to-day operations, coordinates with subcontractors and clients, and ensures every project is delivered on time and with the highest quality standards. His leadership and attention to detail guide the JWE team in bringing each client’s vision to life.
Cindy Sifren White
Project Coordinator
Oversees procurement of materials and supplies to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Manages project budgets with careful cost control and financial planning. Leads digital marketing and social media, creating content that showcases JWE’s work and strengthens its presence in the community.
Janeth Riley
Property Manager / Project Assistant
Manages properties and supports the project management team, ensuring smooth operations, coordination, and communication within the company. She also communicates directly with subcontractors to keep projects on track and aligned with JWE’s standards.
